In order to send emails, you will first need to set up your email account from the Setup Menu.
Sending emails is a slightly manual process in CVC. We don't want to be sending spam, and we also don't want to send emails that are in appropriate (eg a farmer has sold the farm since the program was created).
You can disable emails by highlighting them and clicking this button. You can highlight multiple emails using the standard Windows methods (holding the shift key or control keys while you select them). They will be moved to the "Disabled" tab so you can later see which emails were not sent.
